Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG) entered into a Master Professional Services Agreement with R. Dean Scott, Architect, Inc. allowing for REG and RDSA to more efficiently partner for future projects. RDSA has been serving REG for several years assisting with retail center design and alterations as well as tenant improvements.
