R. Dean Scott, Architect, Inc. is teaming with Putnam County Fair Authority to provide master planning and consultation services for the Putnam County Fairgrounds & Expo Center. The fairground, located in East Palatka, Florida, covers approximately 60 acres and is home to the Putnam County Fair held each March. The master planning process will define an overall vision for facilities and improvements to support not only the annual fair but other community based cultural and recreational activities.
